Sometimes the lives we put out on social media aren’t exactly the same as what’s going on behind the scenes. Lindsey Boggs hit a low point in her life due to personal loss and tragedy and had a really hard time keeping it together.
It’s important to really check in with your team members often, but you have to go beyond the surface. Lindsey recommends asking “how are you?” twice, just so you can really cut through the smoke screen the second time to find out the truth.
