I have Kathleen Booth joining me today. Kathleen is the Revenue Collective Chapter Head of the Washington DC area. She was an entrepreneur for sixteen years, and she owned a marketing agency for eleven years. She is now the VP of Marketing at clean.io, a digital engagement security company, and she also runs The Inbound Success Podcast.
Kathleen’s approach to inbound is intriguing. Today, she will be talking to us about how companies are becoming media companies first, then using that to leverage and drive sales.
In 2017, Kathleen felt ready to change after owning a business with her husband for eleven years. They sold the company to a friendly competitor, and Kathleen went over to that company for two years. She stayed with the company because the owner had a vision of building a media company around the agency.
