Here is what he calls the method:capture, cultivate, convert, and close
Capture: You capture your ideal listener/customers contact information and overcome any objections they might have to buy the product.
Cultivate: You cultivate your customers through the right kind of content, from a cold to a warm, to a hot lead.
Convert: This is where the selling happens automatically, from the core content that you have created.
Close: The selling is complete at this point, so this is where you book a call with the customer.

The selling happens automatically from your content. So when a customer calls you, all you need to do is listen to them, make sure that you can help them, and then help them get over the mindset issue of handing over the money.
Evans created a trigger where if someone purchased a certain amount of product, he called them a hyperactive buyer and immediately reached out to them and upsold them over the phone into buying a more expensive, premium product.
