Often the best business ideas are built around the solving of problems that we face. It’s almost guaranteed that if we are finding a process frustrating, then someone else in the world will be, too.
When trying to hire good candidates, you have to remember that other companies are also doing so. Speed matters.
Growth always works best when it’s swift, but along the way, we have to remember that money needs to be spent wisely. Not necessarily in a more conservative way, but more thoughtful.
