I fired off a few texts and emails and immediately felt better in my own headspace. I was blown away by the response I got from that little bit of outreach. I actually ended up getting several referrals and connections just from my attempt to make someone else’s day!

So, I put together this simple 3x3x3 formula that has been amazing at keeping my pipeline filled with quality leads.

  1. Give out 3 compliments – appreciate people for something they did for you, express gratitude for how someone showed up, or the work they are doing.
  2. Connect 3 other people that can mutually benefit each other every day.
  3. Ask 3 people in your network who they know that could truly help you.

You never know who your network is connected to, so your pipeline can explode with quality leads just from having great people in your network connect you to other great people. 

After all, our pipelines are the secret to our success, so the better quality we can put in, the quality of the deals we put together will increase exponentially!
